At Roots N Leaves Formulations, we uphold a no-return policy, which means products cannot be returned once they are delivered.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at rootnsnleavesformulations@gmail.com. If your order is cancelled before it is shipped, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Damages and Issues

We kindly request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing rootnsnleavesformulations@gmail.com along with your order number and clear product photos. Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or suitable resolution.
